Most companies don't have a systems problem, they have a problem of systems that don't talk to each other. Scheduling is in one place, finance in another, inventory in another, and someone has to open three screens to close a sale. This rework doesn't show up on the balance sheet, but costs hours of team time every week.
System Integration connects what you already have, without replacing everything. In 2 to 6 weeks, we eliminate double data entry, parallel spreadsheets and the "which is the right version" effect between systems, using APIs when they exist and RPA when they don't.
What is system integration
Technical connection between two or more systems so they exchange information automatically, in real time or at scheduled intervals. It's not an integration made with glue and Excel. It's architecture: typed middleware, logs, retry, failure alerts.
We work with the main categories of tools used in the market: productivity and email tools, banking systems (PIX, invoices, reconciliation), CRMs, management systems (ERP) in use, e-commerce platforms, scheduling, electronic medical records and tax systems. Technical viability in each case is evaluated in the diagnostic.
What's included
- Mapping of systems to integrate and the data that needs to flow between them
- Connection via official APIs when available (absolute preference)
- Robotic process automation (RPA) when the system has no API
- Synchronization middleware: rules for source of truth, conflicts, idempotency
- Complete logs and integration monitoring dashboard
- Automatic alerts when an integration fails (you find out before the customer does)
- Technical documentation of what was done (no vendor lock-in)
- Post go-live support during the period agreed in scope
For whom
Ideal for SMBs that already have working systems but lose time typing the same data in more than one place. Especially useful when replacing the system would be expensive or painful, and the problem is just connectivity.
Timeline
2 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of systems (up to 6) and API availability. Integrations via API are faster than via RPA.
Practical example
Customer places an order on the e-commerce, the financial system issues the invoice automatically, inventory updates, the team gets notified on WhatsApp and the daily report consolidates everything. No human intervention, no double entry, no parallel control spreadsheet.
Why with AvantiCoreX
We integrate with what's available in your current scenario, we don't force a proprietary stack. If the system has API, we connect via API. If not, we evaluate RPA. If switching makes more sense, we say so, without commercial bias.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to integrate 2 systems?
The investment depends on data complexity and API availability. Simple integrations (e.g.: order in online store → management system) tend to be faster. Integrations with multiple systems, business rules and reconciliation need a dedicated scope. The operational diagnostic defines scope and investment before the project starts.
Can I integrate systems without API?
Yes, using RPA (robotic process automation). It's more fragile than API, but it solves cases when the vendor doesn't offer another option. When possible, we evaluate with the vendor the possibility of enabling an API before going to RPA.
Will I have to change vendors?
No. The premise is to integrate what you already have. We only recommend switching when the current system is a real bottleneck and integration doesn't solve it. And even then, you decide whether to accept it or not.
How does support work if the integration breaks?
We configure logs and alerts to identify failures as soon as possible. The post go-live support period is defined in the project scope. After that, monitoring and ongoing support plans with agreed SLA.
Is data safe between systems?
Yes. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, OAuth/API key authentication per vendor, and complete audit logs. We operate in compliance with LGPD.
